new resolution

People usually make their resolution for new year. But i feel like to make resolution for new sem .  ( haha hopefully i can practise it every day though )


it's d 10 minutes exercise daily.  As u all know i went for Yoga classes when i was in Intel, but that didn't last long, as i'm too lazy to continue. But, it's really good for toning muscles and abs workout , good for the people who have big tummy like me. It's really tiring though, honestly.

So i just simply googled for any good youtube channel---fitness blender ( i suppose it's good) to subscribe. So everyday  do at least 10minutes exercise to flatten my tummy i hope.
